Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge Revealed

After several months of silence from official Disney sources on any real Star Wars news, today we woke to plenty of noise about Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.

I have been vocally critical about the quietness on our podcasts, so is it time for me to eat some humble pie? The answer is yes.

News outlets have been invited to a special preview of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, the upcoming Star Wars-themed land opening at California’s Disneyland Resort in summer 2019 and Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort in the autumn and it appears that it was access all areas.

There are some fascinating insights out there but what struck me is the scale and detail of what Disney have created, full size replicas of the Millennium Falcon, a TIE fighter and AT-AT walkers, actors reprising their roles, and bringing a Resistance and First Order battle to live, all achieved.

I can’t wait for Galaxy’s Edge to open and see it for myself but until then here is where you can get all the information that has been released so far.
